Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no questions asked.
The Free plan gives you full access to search with up to 12 results per query — no credit card required. Explorer and Pro plans can be cancelled before renewal if you change your mind.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely via Stripe.
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription. Email hello@boatquest.co.uk within 14 days of subscribing and we will refund you. After that period, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time. If a technical fault prevents you accessing a paid feature, contact us and we will investigate and refund if appropriate.
