Second owner of seven years had added/upgraded the following, most of which are recent: Cockpit cushions, awning attaches to dodger, hot water heater, all fresh water tanks including additional 35 gal. tank under v berth; all fresh water hoses; new head, holding tank and heavy duty hoses; holding tank can be pumped out through deck or overboard when offshore with hand pump; cutlass bearing replaced; PSS dripless shaft seal; stop cable on engine; fuel filter assembly on engine; batteries; all four opening ports removed and rebedded; cabin sole refinished with Bristol finish; exterior teak has Cetol light on verticals and teaqua on horizontal surfaces.
