1964 30' Chris-Craft liveaboard Sailboat in excellent condition. This boat is ready to sail into your dreams. The boat is in good condition with a dry, sound, fiberglass hull. The inboard engine runs strong. It was recently serviced, the alternator was replaced and the engine does not smoke. The boat is equiped with sails and a roller furling. The exterior of the boat is in good shape and does not need any major work. The interior is in even better condition with all cushions in place and in good condition. The cabin is roomy with ample storage. There is a head with sink and manual toilet not a porta potty. The boat is wired for shore power. We are accepting offers on this boat while it is moored in Washington DC and once it is moved to our lot, the price will increase to cover the cose of moving the boat. We can help arrange delivery.
